…Or Maybe He is a Total Scumbag

So, I don’t know how I missed this one last week, but American Apparel founder Dov Charney’s Sexual Harassment lawsuit began trial last week. Efforts to arbitrate the deal (I am guessing ‘pay-off the accuser’) have fallen apart and court hearings are underway. No details yet on how long the trial is expected to last, but I will keep you updated on any news. While this is the third (or fourth?) such formal suit filed against Charney it is the first one to make it to the courtroom. Does paying your machine-operators arguably more than anyone else in the garment industry compensate for being a misogynistic douche-bag? Consumers, You decide.
Stumble it!

no comment on his level of douchebagness, but it is interesting that he matches his sneakers to his underwear.

Okay, I didn’t know ANYTHING about this, but that’s not usual, I live in a world of dogs and don’t get around as much as I’d like to online. Though, I was actually considering American Apparel for some organic t-shirts I going to have made in the near future. Hmmm… might have to rethink that whole thing. What I really want to know is, where did you get this photo and who is the guy in the green underwear?

For the record, the man in this photo is NOT Dov Charney. And the girl is uhhhh…me.
No argument with the content of your post though.
—-Ed. Note: I am not 100% sure, but I actually do believe thats him, as frightening as it may be.
