$5 Lunch Challenge:Chicken Gumbo

One of our favorite games around the office here is called the $5 lunch challenge.  Using your awesome powers of deduction you might be able to figure out the general idea, but for those less astute readers, it involves finding lunch in Midtown Manhattan for less than $5.
